Prohibited use of AI
We want to maintain a respectful environment for everyone, which means you must comply with applicable laws, refrain from misuse or abuse of AI, and respect the rights of others, including privacy and intellectual property rights.
Misuse or abuse of AI may result in false or inaccurate responses. Misuse of AI includes, but is not limited, to using AI to generate deepfakes, misinformation, fake news, hacking, invading privacy, or blackmail. Inputs or requests intentionally crafted to deceive, manipulate, or “break” the AI response are void, and any system responses which result from such inputs may not reflect the actions, opinions, or outputs of our system.
Foreign Language
Our AI systems are calibrated in U.S.-based English. If you submit a request in a foreign language, our AI-generated tools may respond in a foreign language. Please note that the accuracy of the response may vary. No representations or warranties are made regarding the accuracy or sufficiency of any foreign language response.
Algorithmic Bias
Our AI systems are designed and verified to not have any algorithmic bias, inequity, or discrimination, to the extent possible. We will continue to evaluate our AI systems to monitor its operation for any disparities and mitigate any discriminatory outcomes.
System Requirements
To access our AI-generated systems, you will need to use a computer with internet access that supports TLS 1.2 or greater. Most browsers from 2013 onward (Chrome 30+, Firefox 27+, Safari 7+) will support TLS 1.2. You acknowledge that you can access the AI-generated systems in the designated formats described herein.
Data Use and Storage
System inputs and responses are recorded for quality assurance, auditing, training, and compliance purposes. Your ongoing use of the system constitutes consent to such monitoring and storage.
Opt-Out

Robocalls – Voice or Dialing
All AI-generated robocalls or robotexts will comply with applicable laws and regulations, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA).
